RECIPE OF THE MONTH
Filling:
5-6 apples, peeled and cubed
2 eggs
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1-2 Tbsp vanilla sugar (if you don't have, a little vanilla is fine) 1/3 C oil
Crust:
1 C sugar
1 ½ C flour
2/3 C margarine melted few shakes of cinnamon
Mix together crust ingredients and lay half of it down on a "Pammed" 9x13. Pour filling on top. Cover with remaining crust. bake on 350 for 1 hour.
